Mission Enrollment Named to the Inaugural PurposeBuilt100™

Jul 14, 2026 | Company News

The national recognition celebrates 100 of America’s fastest-growing mission-driven companies.

Some milestones are especially meaningful because they reflect not only how far a company has come, but why it began in the first place.

That is why we are incredibly proud to share that Mission Enrollment has been selected as one of the inaugural PurposeBuilt100™ winners, recognizing 100 of America’s fastest-growing mission-driven companies.

For Mission Enrollment, this recognition is both an exciting company milestone and an affirmation of the purpose that has guided our work since the beginning.

What is PurposeBuilt100?

PurposeBuilt100™ is a national recognition program celebrating companies that combine meaningful social or environmental impact with verified business growth. For its inaugural list, thousands of companies were screened, with only 100 selected, and inclusion cannot be purchased.

The program highlights businesses showing that growth and purpose do not have to pull in different directions. They can strengthen one another.

That idea is especially meaningful to Mission Enrollment. Our growth has always been tied to our purpose: helping independent schools build fairer, more transparent financial aid programs and expanding access for students and families.

The purpose behind our growth

Mission Enrollment was founded in 2018 to address a meaningful challenge facing independent schools and families. Financial aid is deeply important, increasingly complex, and often managed by school teams with limited time and capacity.

By bringing financial aid expertise, enrollment strategy, and a deep understanding of independent school life to the process, Mission Enrollment helps schools navigate complex family finances, make thoughtful and consistent decisions, and support families with greater fairness and transparency.

Today, Mission Enrollment partners with more than 140 K–12 independent schools nationwide. As the number of schools we serve has grown, so has our opportunity to strengthen financial aid practices, support school teams, and help expand access for students and families.

That growth represents more than company expansion.

It means more schools receiving experienced financial aid support. More school teams gaining the capacity to manage complex and time-consuming work. More families experiencing a process grounded in consistency, care, and transparency. And ultimately, more opportunities for students to access an independent school education.

A purpose that continues to guide us

“When I founded Mission Enrollment, the goal was clear: help schools deliver financial aid fairly and transparently so more families could access an independent school education.

“What began with that purpose has grown into a team serving more than 140 schools nationwide. But the reason behind the work has not changed.

“This recognition belongs to our team, whose expertise, thoughtfulness, and care shape every school partnership, and to the schools that trust us with such an important part of their enrollment work.

“Together, we are helping schools build stronger financial aid programs, support families more effectively, and remove economic barriers to education.

“That is the whole reason Mission Enrollment exists, and it is what will continue to guide us as we grow.”

Looking ahead

This recognition is an exciting milestone, but the work continues.

Mission Enrollment remains committed to helping more schools build financial aid programs that are fair, sustainable, and responsive to the realities facing today’s families. We will continue investing in the people, expertise, and resources that help school teams approach this work with confidence and care.

The final PurposeBuilt100™ rankings will be revealed during SuperCrowd26, taking place August 25–27, 2026. We look forward to celebrating the full inaugural class and sharing more when the rankings are announced.
