She worked directly with K-12 students, offering individual and group counseling, mental health lessons, and assistance to low-income families. ⚓ Meet Rachel
Rachel has spent 20+ year working with and alongside K–12 independent schools. She got her start at a small boarding and day school in New Hampshire, as the communications director, working closely with admission and alumni relations. That experience sparked a lasting interest in how schools build trust, support families, and tell their story. After several years helping schools navigate financial aid and fundraising, she joined Mission Enrollment in 2023, bringing a well-rounded perspective across enrollment, advancement, and financial aid. Rachel and her daughter live in Richmond, Virginia.

Laura brings over a decade of experience working with and leading teams on one of the industry’s most widely used financial aid platforms. As Director of Data & Analytics at Mission Enrollment, she serves as the company’s Salesforce Administrator, Product Owner, and QA lead—designing, building, and maintaining the systems that power our work. Laura is known for bridging the gap between data and decision-making, with a deep commitment to helping schools streamline processes and serve families more effectively. A systems thinker with a love for clean data and a well-labeled spreadsheet, she’s happiest when turning complexity into clarity. Laura lives in Philadelphia, PA, with her husband and their son.

⚓ Meet Kelly
Kelly’s commitment to financial aid is deeply personal. Her own journey through boarding school, college, and graduate school was made possible by generous financial aid—an experience that shaped her life and sparked a dream: to one day become a Financial Aid Director and help others access the same opportunities. After a decade in corporate operations and accounting, Kelly made the leap to the K-12 independent schools. For 11 years, she served as Director of Financial Aid, partnering with families to make education accessible and supporting students throughout their school experience. Now at Mission Enrollment, she’s excited to continue this work by helping schools build thoughtful, mission-aligned FA programs rooted in both empathy and strategy. Kelly lives in Simsbury, CT, with her husband.
Mission Enrollment brings both ‘head’ and ‘heart’ to the business of financial aid. They have an amazing ability to identify and analyze data to help schools understand their constituents and make informed decisions.
