Enrollment Success Manager
Full-time, Remote, USA. $75-90K salary. $10-15K bonus. Reports to Chief Operating Officer.

At Mission Enrollment, we help K–12 independent schools make financial aid decisions that are mission-aligned, equitable, and sustainable. Our team works side-by-side with school leaders to lighten the load, serve more families, and bring clarity to complex decisions.
As an Enrollment Success Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partner schools in our Full-Service Folder Review Program, helping them navigate every step of the financial aid season, from onboarding and training to award decisions and appeal processes. Your work ensures that our tools, protocols, and support are put to meaningful use—helping schools serve more families and make thoughtful, equitable aid decisions. You’ll also be a key player in strengthening client relationships and improving retention by delivering consistent, compassionate, and data-informed support.
What You’ll Do
- Onboarding and Training: Guide new partner schools through a seamless onboarding process, including platform setup and team training.
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture trusted relationships with school leaders, finance team, and admissions staff to support their enrollment and financial aid goals.
- Awarding Meetings: Schedule and conduct awarding meetings with schools to review family data and support equitable award decisions.
- Appeal Management: Manage the appeals process by coordinating with families and schools to review and resolve financial aid reconsideration requests.
- Adoptions and Engagement: Promote the use of Mission Enrollment’s tools and services, ensuring schools maximize the support available to them.
- Email and Inquiry Management: Oversee and manage dedicated email inboxes and phone lines for assigned schools, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Family and School Communication: Field calls and respond to inquiries from both school and families with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Partner School Education: Deliver proactive updates, resources, and guidance to help our partner schools navigate enrollment and aid cycles effectively.
- Success Planning and Delivery: Create and execute success plans tailored to the unique needs and timelines of each partner school.
- Feedback and Advocacy: Monitor partner school health, address concerns early, and contribute to high renewal rates through value-driven relationship management.
- Presentations: Deliver presentations to stakeholders virtually and in person, including during onboarding, training, and renewal discussions.
What You Bring to the Role
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, client services, financial aid advising, or K–12 education administration.
- Experience with K–12 financial aid platforms is required, including one or more of the following: Clarity, FACTS, or SSS.
- Strong understanding of financial aid processes in private/independent K–12 schools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive financial and personal information with discretion and empathy.

Adept at navigating tools like Salesforce, Zoom, and Slack as part of your daily workflow.

Confident in using spreadsheets to interpret data and support thoughtful, informed decisions.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing multiple client accounts.
- Confidence presenting in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for school visits, conferences, or team events.

Direct experience working in or with K–12 independent schools.
- Bilingual proficiency (preferably Spanish).
